Rob Goldhor, a US Army vet who recently returned from a fifteen month tour in Afghanistan, speaks eloquently about the meaning of books to a soldier away from home.

Rob not only gave us a wonderful interview, as it turned out, he and his wife Mari also provided the most generous support, hospitality, warm meals and incredible mechanical support, while the bookmobile was in Boulder Colorado facing a couple of challenging days. They are both true heroes and became true friends on the bookmobile’s journey.
